Family vineyard since 1850, the Petit family develops its eaux-de-vie in the traditional way. The Grapes are hand harvested, fermented and distilled following the methods of their ancestors.During distillation the cuts are made manually on the basis of olfactory analysis. The Petit family is always looking for typical eaux-de-vie, made according to its inspirations, tastes and not a standard quality cognac.

 

From various areas of production: Petite Champagne," fine wood" and "good wood", Maison André Petit VS cognac is a blend of "eau de vies" aged 5 to 10 years
