METHOD : Intelligent cultivation, ploughing, tresseling. SELECTION : Terroir selection for Carignan and Mourvedre. Plot selection for Syrah and Grenache varieties. HARVEST : grapes have been harvested by hand, at optimal ripness, and picked on the plot. YELD : 45 HL/Hectare DEGRE : 13 % vol VINIFICATION : Carbonic maceration and classical vinification ( destemmed crop ). AGEING AND PACKAGING : Ageing in vat. Estate bottled in Bordeaux Domaine bottle. TASTING : Attractive ruby colour. Aromatic, complex nose, slightly animal. Light, fruity, supple wine. Good aromatic persistence. Very pleasant during a meal.
