Roundhouse is a dry gin of its own breed, micro-distilled and bottled by hand in exceptionally small batches. The distiller starts with neutral grain spirits, and infuses the traditional gin botanicals of juniper, coriander, citrus peel, star anise, angelica, and orris root in his handmade, Portuguese copper pot still. He then adds hints of sencha green tea, lavender, and hibiscus and Chamomile blossoms to give the gin a distinct, floral palette. Roundhouse Gin is made with only superior, certified organic botanicals.
