4. Structure & principle
a , Structure :
Including Front-Bracket-seating ,feeding case,scew,filtering Mesh,Juice container, Back Bracket-seating, dreg out Tank etc,The left side of  scew main axes is locating Roll bearing inner seat,The right side is locating in the middle seat of Roll bearing ,The motor is driving screw through a couple of triangle Belt wheel.
b , Principle :
This equipment is con.sti.tut.ed of screw.The scew bottom span is getting bigger and bigger along the outlet of dreg and the screw-pitch become smaller and smaller .When the materiall is pushed by screw, the volume of scew antrum is reducing to push extracting for material,
The direction of scew main axes is clockwise when you go along with dreg out direction.when we push the raw material to feeding case,the juice will certainly flow from filtering mesh into the juice container,and the dreg will flow from the annularity with cone-shaped between screw and the top of pressure adjusting,The interspace is adjusted by the top along with the axes moving.  
We can use our hand with clockwise to change the interspace(Remarks:Take a position in the direction of dreg out Tank to see the rotating hand bearing,The intwespace will be smaller as soon as the adusting pressure top turn left,or on the contrary) to adjust the resistance with drew out ,to change the taye of dreg out.But id the interspace is too small ,some grain dreg will get out from firltering mesh together with juice ,although the output of juice is growing ,the quality is worse.So always the interspace is confirming according to the customer details requirments.
5.Operating and maintenance
a , Operating
When we start the equipment,we need adust the top of pressure tp push the interspace is the biggest,and then slowly to reduce ,and use arrester fix the postion of handing bearing seat after achive the craft requirment.
b , Maintenance
We need clean and brush the filtering mesh after working ,If we are dense filtering the fruit juice includig fibers,we need add clean mesh ,and clean all the equipment with heating water 2 times after extracting.
