General introduction:

Application

 

This plant is designed to produce concentrated tomato, apple, pear, peach, apricot, strawberry, cherry and kiwi 

fruits   pulps.

 

The capacity is 1-40tons/hour, the final products can be 30-65Brix as the matierals feature and request.

 

    

 

 Processes and main machines

 

A-Pre-treatment system: Elevator and conveyor, roller sorting and spraying, stoner,  kernel washer, pulper.

 

B- Enzyme inactivation & refinery system : pulps  pre-heater , pulps refiner, platform, tanks etc..

 

C-Juice separation system(optional): horizontal centrifuge etc..

 

D -Concentration system:  2 -effect  forced cycling  evaporator etc..

Design feature

 

A- Full automatic control, all the process system are controlled separated,   having the inspection function, can detect 

the  whole line production, running of all the machine, to get the data collection, treatment and display.

 

B-Using 2 forced cycling evaporator, to save the steam and main time to avoid the caramelization of pulps in the 

evaporator.

 

C -Adopting pipes sterilization machine, can complete pre-heating, sterilization and cooling on one machine, the 

following  filling machine is cold  sterile filling  system, predigest  the process.

 

D-Using horizontal centrifuge to separate the black kernel chips of the peach and apricot, this is an optional term, 

if there is such fruits.

 

E-Using  cold pulping,  with the automatic cleaning system , can achieve different fruits to be processed on the same

 line.

 

F-This design is a whole solution of concentrated production, from pretreatment to package.

 

G-In the period of installation and debugging our engineers will train your workers and engineers how to maintain 

and  operate the plant.
