We ,GLOBAL TRADE RESOURCE UK ,on behalf of the endseller for Cane Sugar Icumsa 45, here
by submit our Soft Corporate Offer and state that we are ready and willing to supply the below
mentioned sugar icumsa 45 per under stated Terms & Conditions:
Origin : Brazil
Packing : 50 KG Bags in Containers.
Delivery : CIF ASWP. (First shipment within 15-20 days after acceptance of buyer’s financial
instruments.)
Insurance : At the charge of Seller covering 110% of Letter of Credit value.
Performance Bond: 2% Performance Bond after receiving Non-operative Letter of Credit.
Inspection : SGS only at port of loading at SELLERS cost.
Payment Terms: Irrevocable, Assignable, Non-Transferable or Transferable, Auto-Revolving,
Documentary Letter of Credit, OR, by swift cash wire transfer MT-103/23 per total value of each
shipment within 05 (five) international banking days against presentation of shipping documents
stated in the contract at the buyer’s bank.
