• As seasoned fish are easy to burn, professional chefs are used to control the right heat level required cook this product.

• The mackerel is cooked in a professional steam convection oven that cooks on high at 220 degrees celcius  and by also using steam the fish is cooked until succulent.

• Cooked Salted Mackerel x 5 packs of 2 pieces (deboned).
• Cooked soy sauce Mackerel x 5 packs of 2 pieces (deboned)
