Direction For Use: Place 1 to 2 teabags in a cup and add about 200mL of hot water. Allow to steep for 3- 5 minutes. This tea may be consumed before or after meals, 2 to 3 times a day. honey may be added to sweetenthe beverage as well aas enhance the effects.
