Your new make spirit is excellent and compares with new make spirits that we have nosed and tasted in Scotland. You seem to have mastered the spirit selection perfectly, lovely fruity esters with no or very few harsher notes. The spirit which had spent time with wood chips was a revelation, with sweet vanilla notes already appearing."
