Cornbread Mix Net Wt. 27oz. (makes 2-8x8 pans or 2-9x4 pans or 24 muffins) Ingredients:Cornmeal, Sugar, Corn Starch, POTATO Starch, Baking Powder, Guar Gum, Sea Salt, Baking soda INSTRUCTIONS:For one 8 x 8 pan OR one 9 x 4 loaf pan OR 12 muffins you will need: 1 cup milk, 1 large egg, ¼ cup oil, ¼ teaspoon cider vinegar, 2 cups Grandma Ferdon's mix. 1. Preheat oven to 375º 2. Mix together milk, egg, oil and vinegar. 3. Add 2 cups of Grandma Ferdon's mix. Mix well until lump free. 4. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan OR 9 x 4 loaf pan OR fill muffin tins 2/3 full. 5. Bake approximately 15-30 minutes depending on size of pan used. Cornbread is done when toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. | ||
