Using a AMC350 twin screw extruder for an output of 150kg/hr.
Using a AMC800 twin screw extruder for an output of 300kg/hr.
Basic Process
The process involves the continuous cooking and extruding of Maize to form pellets with moisture Content of approximately 22%. The pellet is subjected to a flaking operation before being toasted to give a toasted flake with moisture content of 3%.
