1. Description
Corn flakes machine can produce breakfast cereal which is one kind of nutritional
convenient food which is produced by this process line, using grist as basic material,
with different shapes, such as : granule, flake, animal, etc. One outstanding
characteristic of the breakfast cereal is that it contains abundant compound
carbohydrates and dietary fibre, strengthens lots of microelements, such as
vitamin and mineral, and also can be added with cocoa and sugar, like honey
and maltose. It can be drunk directly after mixed into coffee, milk, yoghourt or
functional drink. Children can eat breakfast cereal as sweet crispy snack.
A. Machines Materials: T his line is with reasonable design and high automation;
the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function .

C. Raw Materials: The ingredients of the snacks are generally wheat flour,
corn flour and rice flour , a variety of other cereal grains can also be processed

2. Twin screw extruder
a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding
process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw,
when roasting or replacing of materials.
b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel which is made by
#45 steel and is with stainless steel coating.
c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extend ing gear life.
d. Cutting knife is fixed on the die head seat ; rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
e. SIEMENS(CHINA) brands electronic parts is used in the controller box to
make sure the extrusion process perfect.
f. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA) or Customized , ensure its powerful
extrusion and excellent performance.
