  Production  P rocesses  of starch glue

 

• 1 Firstly, pour water into a blender according to the proportion; and then pour starch .

 

• 2 After stirring for 10 minutes, the liquid in the blender will exhibits state without solid;

 

• 3 Secondly, pour the dissolved soda solution into the blender;

 

• 4 When the liquid  in the blender turn into glue, adding the dissolved boric acid , and keeping stirring;

 

• 5 Thirdly, viscosity measurement:  under 25 °C
• Viscosity of Honeycomb Paperboard : 8000mpa.s-10000mpa.s
