Corn → steep → degerm → germ separating → fine milling → fiber washing → protein separation → starch refining → dewatering → flash drying → corn starch → packing

Description

1. steep : we use the PH(adjust the PH value) of sulfite water to dissolve the soluble protein in corn .

2. degerm : crush the soaked corn to make the corn bran , corn germ and corn starch separate.

3. Germ separating : to separate the germ and corn starch .

4. Fine milling : to mill the corn starch to a little size.

5. Fiber washing : to wash the corn starch from the corn bran.

6. Protein separation : to separate the solid protein from the corn starch.

7. Starch refining : to purify the extracted starch before.

8. Dewatering and flash drying : to dewater and dry the production facilitate storage.
