  Corn Starch Powder for Honeycomb Core Making 

 

Formula:

 

1. 1.     Water:   65KG.
2. 2.     Glue powder: 25kg (whole bag) , put into the water and mix up.
3. 3.     96% Caustic soda 2.kg (in Winter), 1.8kg (in Summer), and borax 0.6-1kg, add into 10kg water, fully solved, mixing and reacting for 5 ~ 10mins. Then pour the solution into the well mixed glue solution in the step 2, mixing up during the pouring. (Note: When making the glue, be sure to control the quantity of Caustic Soda based on the quality of Caustic Soda.)
