Film-pulling with servo motor double belt: less pulling resistance, bag is formed in good shape with better appearance, belt is resistant to be worn-out.

External film releasing mechanism: simpler and easier installation of packing film.

 

Adjustment of bag deviation just needed to be controled by the touch screen. Operation is very simple. Close down type mechanism , defending powder into inside of machine.

 

It consists of the Filling Head, an independent motorized chain Conveyor mounted on a sturdy, stable frame base, and all necessary Accessories to reliably move and position containers for filling, dispense the required amount of product, then quickly move the filled containers away to other equipment in your line (e.g., cappers, labelers, etc.).it fits more to the fluidic or low-fluidity materials, like milk powder, albumen powder, pharmaceuticals, condiment, solid drink, white sugar, dextrose, coffee, agriculture pesticide, granular additive, and so on.

(1) The machine is made of stainless steel, please be careful when cleaning surface of machine. Do not use sharp tool to scrape the surface of machine. 

 

(2) Could choose alcohol to clean blot of machine surface. 

 

(3) The cylinder has been filled with lube oil before leaving factory, so please don’t take apart the cylinder to fill lube oil. 

 

(4) Hopper, stainless steel three-way valve and three-way conversion valve could take apart to clean. The seal ring should change in time.
