C orn starch can be used in many ways : for food , for industries and for medicine . there are not big difference for food and industries . it need higer grade for using in medicine .

Process  lines :

C orn  →  steep  →  degerm  →  germ separating  →  fine milling  →  fiber washing  →  protein separation  →  starch refining  →  dewatering  →  flash drying  →  corn starch  →  packing 

1.  The  end product is corn starch , ancillary product are corn bran(can be  used  to feed ) and corn germ(can be used to extract oil ).

2.  the main difference between corn starch and corn flour is to separate the protein from corn . and the protein have two type ,one is soluble protein and the other is solid protein . 

so the aid is to separate the starch and the protein in the starch . 

D escription 

1.  steep : we use the PH(adjust the PH value) of sulfite water to dissolve the soluble protein in corn .

2.  degerm : crush the soaked corn to make the corn bran , corn germ  and corn starch  separate .  

3.  G erm separating : to separate the germ and corn starch .

4.  F ine milling : to mill the corn starch to a little size.

5.  F iber washing : to wash the corn starch from the corn bran.

6.  P rotein separation : to separate the solid protein from the corn starch.

7.  S tarch refining : to purify the extracted starch before. 

8.  D ewatering and flash drying : to dewater and dry the production facilitate storage.
