Our Cornish Brie is handmade at our Creamery which overlooks the coast at Trevarrian, Nr Newquay, Cornwall. It hasa delicious mild and creamy Flavour and a melting, smooth texture. We use natural ingredients and take pride in sourcing all ingredients locally, wherever possible. Cornish milk is rich and creamy and gives our brie a characteristic yellow, buttery colour. Pastuerised ad suitable for vegetarians, this Cheese won us a Gold Medal at the British Cheese Awards in 2002, a Silver at the British Cheese Awards 2004 and a Bronze in the World Cheese Awards in 2005.
