It is a pasteurised semi hard cheese, it has a mild but tangy Flavour wrapped in nettles for a fresh, sharp taste. The cheeses are matured for a minimum of three weeks but maturation can take up to two months.This cheese comes as full wheel, weighing 1.5kg.
