Our fantastic tasty muesli is a nutritious blend of rolled oats, rolled spelt, cranberries, cornflakes, spelt pops and three cereal crisps that enriched with vitamin C.

 

The use of rolled oats in the blend is beneficial in which we soften the oat by a steam treatment in the manufacturing process. On the one hand raw oat is too hard to be eaten and therefore need to be softened. On the other hand phytic acid which existed in raw oat is an antinutrient and strong chelator of important minerals, it is removed during the steam process, therefore making muesli not only tastier but also highly nutritious, given its positive antioxidant qualities.

 

Therefore the cranberry spelt muesli enriched with vitamin C is a nutritious breakfast cereal.

This superb cereal can be served hot or cold, with juice, water, milk (cow milk, soy milk, rice milk or almond milk), mixed with yogurt, curd cheese or other cereals, or eaten dry. Eaten as a nutritious snack, or used as an ingredient in baking.
