PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

It is a cream based powder obtained by spray-dryer a blend of cream of standardized milk and dairy ingredients resulting in a product to several applications in food products.

 

INGREDIENTS

Cream of standardized milk, skim whole milk, Whey Protein concentrate, anticaking agent silicon dioxide, Emulsifier mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and Stabilizer dipotassium phosphate acid regulator calcium hydroxide. GLUTEN FREE.

 

PRODUCTS PROPERTIES

• Milky flavoured, no off-flavour
• Good solubility

APPLICATION

It is a replacement system for the fresh cream used in the food industries in different levels according to the needs, functionality and the good manufacturing practice.

 

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Store in cool, dry and ventilated place. Packages should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should not be kept in direct contact with walls or floors. Keeping at temperatures below 25°C and 65% relative humidity will guarantee storage life.

 

SHELF LIFE

Best use before one year after manufacturing date. 

 

PACKAGING

Multilayer paper bags with polyethylene liner inside containing 20 kg. 

 

TRANSPORT CONDITIONS

Transport in rail, sea and air, not restricted. The containers should be kept clean and away from heat and damp. It is recommended to avoid contact with nom food products to prevent from cross contamination.
