Trial Orders & Spot Orders: We are able to provide trial orders when they are part of an annual contract (eg Month 1: 500MT, Months 2-12: 5,000 MT) . We are unable to offer spot/single or individual trial orders.

 

 

GUIDELINEPROCEDURES

 

PLEASE NOTE: Actual procedures may vary, depending on refinery partner

 

1. BUYER sends LOI/ICPO or returns completed GSF form to SELLER.

2. BUYER sends NCNDA-IMFPA with all intermediary commissions to SELLER.

3. The SELLER sends a FULL CORPORATE Offer within 3 working days to Buyer.

4. BUYER approves offer and returns signed and stamped offer, along with Proof of Funds (BCL) or authorization for soft probe.

5. The Seller sends to Buyers a DRAFT CONTRACT for approval.

6. After Buyer´s approval the seller will send a final Contract.

7. NCNDA-IMFPA will be completed with all intermediaries and will be lodged at the bank.

8. Seller returns signed and stamped Contract to buyer.

9. Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract to their respective Banks.

10. Within five (5) banking days the Seller's Bank sends Partial Proof of Product (PPOP) to the Buyer / Buyer’s bank via Swift Bank to Bank methods to the Buyer’s Bank.

11. Within five (5)banking days, the Buyer’s Bank will send a non-operative Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit, payable 100% at sight against presentation of shipping documents at the Loading Port. Upon satisfactory confirmation of LC seller will advise on lead time and delivery.

12. Seller issues a 2% PB for the shipment or L/C value, which makes DLC operative.

13. Product loading commences, SGS Inspection of product, the product is shipped and the shipping documents are presented to get the payment transferred via MT103 (T/T) within 2 days.

     

     

 

Notes

 

1. Partial POP: includes as a minimum pro-forma invoice and ISCC certificate plus other standard documents on request.

 

1. Non-transferable L/Cs: are available and will be charged an additional $15 - $20 USD/MT to cover extra finance costs. Please note that non-transferable L/Cs can add 30 days to the delivery time as the banks have to do extra due diligence. Transferable L/Cs are a much quicker payment method.

 

1. Payment at Destination: is possible with bank guarantee and is charged at a higher price to cover our additional financing costs, which will vary and will be calculated individually for each order.

 

1. Samples: we do not provide samples since they can easily be damaged by heat, moisture, humidity in transit. Your guarantee of oil quality is provided by the SGS tests that are taken on your actual order every time it is shipped and that you can verify against the specification given in the contract.

 

1. Refinery visits: we are not able to provide factory visits

 

DDP Offers: we can provide DDP offers, with payment at loading ( non-negotiable ). The offers will be given after we receive a full end buyer LOI/ICPO with BCL , as the quotes are complex and need time to prepare. Please allow at least 5 working days.
