I HAVE Sugar  FROM  BRAZIL , DELIVERY TIME 30 DAYS, MONTHLY SUPPLY WITH YEARLY CONTRACT -  25KMT X  4 VESSELS  X  12  = 1200,000MT - READY TO LOAD FROM THIS MONTH.

 

PAYMENT: RDLC, 100% AT SIGHT, IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE - PRIME BANK.

 

RATE: 440/MT (NET), CIF, INDIA /AWSP.-------- WE WILL GIVE 2%-PBG TO BUYER.

 

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY IS 12,500/MT  

 

NOTE: THE PRICES  & TERMS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE, SUPPLY GUARANTEED.

 

PROCEDURE OF THE SALE CONTRACT FOR GENERAL CARGO PURCHASES:

 

1. The Buyer has to send the LOI first.
2. Then the Seller issues the FCO to the buyer.
3. Then the Buyer will issue the ICPO with full details.
4. Then the Seller issues the SALES CONTRACT to the Buyer and both parties signs & stamp by both Buyer and Seller.
5. Then the Buyer will opens the NON-OPERATIVE L/C to the Seller.
6. Then the Seller will provide 2% PBG and POP to the Buyer from Bank to Bank.
7. Then the Buyer will verify the POP and other documents Bank to Bank.
8. The Sellers Bank will provide the POP  within 48hrs to 72hrs to the Buyers Bank, this is done  through Bank to Bank basis only, not by the Seller personally (or) through any other means and sources.
9. Once the POP is verified by his Bank, then the Buyer has to make the L/C into OPERATIVE MODE.
