Crystallized orange rind, 7/8 mm dice. Bitter and sweet.
Selected orange rind is cut in dice, introduced in emptiness concentrators, where syrup is added and left there for approximately 18 hours at 70ºC temperature until obtaining 75º brix. Later it is drained and packed.
