Our Ground Vanilla powder is made solely from whole Vanilla (pods and beans), 100% Natural, the only cryo-crushed blend of full vanilla pods with 2.5% Vanillin guarantee -  Our  process inclued a gentle steaming of water under temperature controlled in our white room lab to guarantee our vanillas quality and aromatics (exhalaisons).

CultureVanille Ground Vanilla powder is made by grinding the whole vanilla pod including its beans. Nothing is added to our vanilla, it is 100% natural, 100% pleasure and 100% smell,taste and color of vanilla beans!

Do remember that ground vanilla powder is different with vanilla powder, Vanilla powder is a combination of sugar or dextrose and ground vanilla or vanilla extract. Ground Vanilla is a very fragrant product that can be used for color, texture, and when combined with Pure Vanilla Extract can create layers of vanilla flavor.  Culture Vanille only crush and grind Ground Pure Vanilla, and we label it Vanilla Powder for simplicity.

About 1/2 to 1 tsp of Pure Ground "Culture Vanille" Vanilla is equivalent to 1 tsp of vanilla extract or one vanilla bean. 

"Culture Vanille" Pure Ground Vanilla tastes best when used or mixed into Cream or butter, or in oiled cooking préparation as the fat encapsulates the powder and releases the flavor over a longer term, but it can also be used into water.

Ground Vanilla is great in cooking.  But, ground vanilla will not dissolve.  It is the whole vanilla bean ground up, and therefore it has no water solubility.  It will provide great taste and color all long the way of your cooking recipies. 

It makes also great topping for ice creams, cappuccino, cakes, pies and poultry!  Use in your favorite hot drinks to kick up the flavor! Culture Vanille also offers a Pure Vanilla Tea and upon request special Coffee.  The vanilla flavor will not evaporate like extracts!  

Culture Vanille Ground Vanilla can be used in combination with vanilla extracts.  Since it is has nothing but the vanilla bean, it won’t evaporate in cooking and baking.  When used with extract, multiple layers of vanilla flavor will result, but our Ground Vanilla Powder does not need any enhancement.
