The tea concentrate is used in place of the coffee concentrate or the espresso and hot frothed Milk added. You will note that the flavour is not bitter and bitter as with coffee which allows so much milk to be used. The flavour of the tea concentrate will come through the milk use the milk sparingly and serve in a glass espresso cup and serve with Sugar if you want something sweet.
