FAQ of silicone products

 

1.Is there any MOQ for current mould? Why set the MOQ?

Yes, our MOQ is 1000pcs per color. If there have stock, then don’t have the quantity limitation, any quantity are welcome.
When we make the new order, it will take around 2-3hours to change the mould, preheating on the machine, it decrease the production capacity; And when we prepare the material base on the exact color, there should include the spare parts, and the unqualified products. If the quantity is not so big, it’s hardly to estimate the material, and will effect the delivery too if material is less.

 

 

2.What’s the difference of FDA and LFGB standard products?

Both standard products are following the same production process, but they are using different material according to their standard. So the prices are different too.

 

 

3.How much is the percentage of qualified products?

The percentage of qualified products is from 80% to 98% according to the structure of products. More complicated products, less percentage, more expensive in prices.
