It is easy to drink the onion juice due to the elimination of taste and smell inherent in onion.

By ripening the shell also, the enzyme of the onion itself operates then gets black. At this time the physiological function of onion itself improves.

The ripened and fermented black onion helps easy the body absorbs of flavonoid which have an effect on Anti-oxidation.

Compared with common onion, this onion have approx 20 to 30 times of content of polyphenol compound.

Because the volume of common onion is reduce into 1/10 on the process of ripening and fermenting, the effect of a few quantity of black onion is same with the one of lot of common onion.
