Select: Large size, length 30 m.m min., width 20 m.m min., fully fleshed without any blemish or broken skin . Used for repacking in retail packs.2. Good Average Quality ( GAQ): Medium size- Length 25 m.m min. , width 20 m.m. min. Fully fleshed. Used for re-packingin retail packs for home cooking and baking.3. Fair Average Quality (FAQ): Small size or semi fleshed. Mainly used for industrial purpose like chopping for use in Muesli and for industrial baking.4. Industrial Grade: Small size, broken skin, de-shaped, mashed etc. Used for sauce making and Paste making.Our Dates are characterized by very low pit content (1 pit per 1000 dates as compared to an allowance of 2 pits per 100 dates given by U.S.D.A.) and they are completely free of metal as each pack is checked by a metal detector.Pictures, Dates Processing Flow Chart & Organizational Chart shall be provided upon request.
