this product has ability of being replaced in lots of places where the white sucrose is being used.sucrose is a sugar with 12 carbons in its structure which is not recommended to be used as it is hard for body to decompose it.however fructose is consisted of 6 carbons easing body to break it down and even considered to be beneficial for human body.
considering the natural liquid sugar which is mainly produced from Date in iran where Date palms are being treated naturaly and organically,the produced sugar will not be harmful for human body,resulting in our claim of producing an organic sugar.
This product will be able to be used in drinks ,biscuits,ice creams and so on. also it can be added as additive to milk based products such as Date yogurt,Date milk and so on.
