This dried date grows in Fars and Khuzestan regions. The coloring of this variety is yellow. The zahedi date is used for industrial purpose because of its high sugar content. They are usually harvested in October and are a yellow gold color.
Dried figs belong to this grade have yellow and white color. The size of them is about 14 to 22 mm. Some percent of dried fig in this grade has open mouth.
