The Littleford Day Daymax High Intensity Vertical Liquid Disperser agitator design allows for 9,600 ft./min. tip speeds. Whether the process requires complete dispersion of pigments and dye stuff, for capsule manufacture or the simple emulsion of lotions and hair care products, the Daymax Disperser will provide flexibility in all facets of liquid-phase manufacture. The Daymax Disperser is available in of sizes from 10 gal laboratory units to 1000 gal production mixers.
The Littleford Day Daymax Disperser/Emulsifier is available in all types of stainless steel construction. Polishes from 180 grit to a mirror finish are available and can be specified to meet FDA or GMP regulations. Options on the Daymax Disperser include ASME certified jackets, internal tank pressure, and vacuum domed lid assemblies. The Daymax Disperser is easily adaptable to C.I.P. and S.I.P. hardware installation. The design allows for easy sampling during manufacture and for extremely fast cycle times. Both of these features allow for lowered manufacturing costs and reduced labor. Littleford Day maintains a fully staffed customer demonstration Technical Center. This facility is available on a trial basis to ascertain the ability of the Daymax Disperser to process customer's various products for comparative results and evaluation.
