From Nicaragua comes a wonderful Decaf Roast that is made through a process whereby the coffee beans are steamed and mixed with water and a decaffeinating agent to draw the caffeine from the beans. Later, the decaffeinated water is reintroduced to the beans to restore any flavor that might have been lost.
