Decaffeinated coffee is green coffee from which most of the caffeine has been removed using an industrial extraction process whilst retaining the organoleptic conditions of the primary material within a specified range. The client may opt, at our facilities, for two types of solvent, ethyl acetate and methylene chloride, both of which conform to the specific regulations governing the sector.
