Deep Sea Redfish is caught by Brim's freezer trawlers all year round, mostly off the southern and eastern coastlines of Iceland as well as the Reykjanes ridge. The redfish is caught, headed, gutted, size graded, treated with anti-oxidants and then frozen at sea within six hours of catching. Available products are W/R, H&G and heads.
