Designed and developed to deglaze the surface only of frozen product to enable coatings to adhere easily and efficiently without becoming detached during the next stages of the process.
The machine is able to vary the temperature and dwell time within the tunnel for different products dependant on the amount of deglaze required and the pickup rate of the coating required.
