First marketed in 1980, the delicious Sococo Flococo (selected coconut kernel strips) gives a special touch to your recipes. It is excellent for toppings, fillings, and confectionery, or simply to make pastry and salty dishes even tastier.
How to rehydrate: Add one cup of warm water for every 100 grs of flococo and let it rest for 30 minutes. Coconut Milk may be used instead of water.
