 DESCRITION:    Product obtained exclusively from sound and fresh horseradish.

  COLOUR:       white/light yellow

FLAVOUR:       Characteristic, free from mustiness other of foreign flavours.

FREEDOM FROM CONTAMINATION:

                  Product shall be free from living insects, and shall be practically free from

moulds, dead insects, insects fragments and rodent contamianation visible to

the naked eye.
