Clean dehydrated Maurices or kew pineapple which is free of infestation, preservatives, additives, or coloring. Will not include any kind of soaking or Juice infusion. This product will have the following. Mature and well developed pineapple rings without the core at least 95 %, it will also have a uniform color with whole rings which will be 2 ½ to 2/5 in thickness with a sweet taste and a sweet fragrant aroma typical of dried pineapple. The texture of this product will be reasonably tender (easily chewable and not overly tough). The moisture content will be a minimum of 8 % and a maximum of 10 %. The product shall be free of any chemical or pesticide residue according to the required micro biological specification. This product is also available as dehydrated tip bits and pieces (8-10mm)
