MANUFACTURING PROCESS    

1. Shell Breaking:
      We use Highly qualified employees to chop the coconut shell to ensure
that the coconut pulp is not damaged.

2. Seed Coat Peeling:
      The peeling of Seed Coat is done in a very hygienic way by qualified
employees wearing Heat treated gloves to handle coconut.

3. Powdering the pulp:
      After Peeling, The pulp is Treated with hot water to get rid of bacteria
and Fungus to ensure the quality of thee product. The powdering of the pulp is
done with fully automated machines to ensure hands free end product.

4. Drying:
      The powdered pulp is dried with advanced dryer undergoing various stages
to make sure it is fully dried.

5. Packing:
      The packing is done in Aluminium Foil to prevEnt from moisture.
