Principle
Raw material is fed into machine from input port, at the same time, vibra motor on the two sides of fluid bed will cause vibration with regular frequency, make the material move forward continuously in horizontal direction. The heated air pass through fluid bed, and exchange heat with material, moisture will exhaust with air through cyclone duster separator, at last the dried material will be discharged by output port.
Features and advantages
1. Height of fluidizing room and method of dust collection is by requirement.
2. The vibration is created by motor. It is stable in operation and convenient in maintenance, low noise and long life.
3. High efficiency, raw material is heated evenly and heat exchange is fully used and dry capacity is high. Compared with ordinary drier, the energy can be saved about 30%.
4. It is good in regulation and wide in suitability . The thickness of raw material layer and movable speed inside the machine and the amplitude can be adjusted .
5. It makes minimum damage to the surface of raw material. The equipment can be used for drying raw materials that are easy broken. The drying effect can not be affected even if raw materials have irregular shape.
6. Being adapted closed construction, protect raw material from cross-contamination effectively, it could continuous work
