Dextrose Anhydrous
Dextrose anhydrous ( D -glucose) is a sugar that's a stable, odorless, white crystalline powder or colorless crystal. Double anzyme technique is adopted to turn corn starch into dextrose. Then through the process of concentration, crystallization, dehydration, abstersion, and evaporation, it is transformed into white hexagonal
crystal flake, dextrose anhydrous. It is widely used in food and beverage as substitute material in place of
sweetener such cane sugar.

3. Function of Dextrose Anhydrous:
1).Food grade:
Dextrose anhydrous is directly edible and can be used in confections, cakes, beverages, biscuits, torrefied foods, medicinal drugs jam jelly and Honey Products for better taste, quality and low cost. For cakes and torrefied foods it can keep soft, and extend shelf life.Dextrose Powder can be dissoluted, it can widely used in beverages and cold food.
2).Pharmaceuticals:
Dextrose Anhydrate is more commonly used in pharmaceuticals, where more stringent conditions regarding dryness are generally required.
The property of Dextrose Powder is similar to that of high maltose syrup, so that it is easy to be accepted in market.
