This is a hazelnut productobtained by cutting hazelnut kernels in small parts.Diced hazelnuts can bemanufactured in any desired dimensions provided that ther are not longer than 12,5 mm and no smaller that2mm diced hazelnuts are available in the following dimensions:

a)     2-4 mm

b)     2-7 mm

c)      7 mm and larger

Uses:

Diced hazelnuts are used indessert,cream-cake and Ice cream production.They are also good garniturematerial with a high nutritive value and often used in home cooking.

Diced hazelnuts are certifiedby the Turkish Standards Institue and bear the TSE sign.
