A mixed set of Cinsault and Grenache. The Cinsault Grape variety is vinified directly to a
pneumatic press and then fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The Grenache grape variety developed their
optimal aromatic potential by the bleeding method. The Rosé is assembled to obtain a wine with fine freshness and great
aromatic intensity. The wine proved to be of pretty, bright dark pink color with light gray sheen shimmer. The fragrance of
appetizing aroma of red berry fruits with a pleasant freshness on the finish. Serve as an aperitif, to appetizers, tapas, grilled
fish or white meat or fruity desserts at 14°C.
