Tasting notes

Bright garnet in the glass with a light slate-coloured edge. Bright, with ruby

red highlights. Gains in visual appearance over the years. The initial taste

brings balsamic notes from the wood with a backdrop of chocolate and

coconut; all set in a Jam of very ripe red fruits. It also offers hints of

tobacco and cedar wood. Full, unforgettable in the mouth, lively acidity

combined with the maturity of its age.
