How to prepare:

These syrups have been created to flavour Granitas and Sorbetto.

With 1 single Slush Machine (-4°)   filled with a NEUTRAL BASE   you can offer many different flavours,

pouring the syrup directly in the glass.

HOW TO FLAVOUR A SORBETTO (SHERBET ):

For a small Flute (about 60 ml) :   1 pumped ( 4 gr ) of syrup “Dosagusto”

For a medium Flute (about 100 ml) :   2 pumped ( 8 gr ) of syrup “Dosagusto”

HOW TO FLAVOUR A GRANITA (SLUSH) :

For a 200 ml glass :   2 pumped ( 8 gr ) of syrup “Dosagusto”

Then blend for a while and serve it
