This autoclave is especially applicable to items with heavy solid in liquid and different density can food with viscidity. In this pot rotate them during the Sterilization to remains even in shelf life.

Food rotated in the device continually and slowly which makes the heat spread fast and in average. The sterilization time is reduced and avoid food overcooked and burned phenomenon. Temperature control system automatically adjusts the pressure in line with standard model to avoid container deformation and damage and increase rate of final product. Pre-setting sterilization effect (F value) could be adopted to control the whole sterilization process, which makes the sterilization effect visual and controllable and also guarantees the consistency of sterilization effect on the same batch without influence by temperature rise speed and product volume.
