Dough kneader working principle:
Flour ,water and additives under the action of the blender overturn,amalgamated tensile,squeezing,squeezing,mix water and flour evently to make dough .The time of mixing general flour is 4 to 10 minutes.(the time is difierent about different types and specifications.)
Dough kneader structural feature:
There are three types of dough kneader's agitator.
(1.)Elliptic type:make the dough extrusion, flip to mix with the purpose of all,apply to toughness dough,pour noodles conveniently.
(2.)Vane type:they can mix soft and bibulous rate is 40% to 50%dough.
(3.) Blade type:it can mix soft dough, also can mix toughness dough.
