This product is used for animal feed because of the loss of gluten or etc. We produce Semolina for pasta production and the retail amount of flour is seperated as side product. You can use this flour for animal feed. Our flour is not suitable for bread making because of the low gluten quality. No additives inside, %100 pure flour. You can use also to mix with bread flours to be able to make dark your breads.
