Long Jing (Dragon well green tea) from xi hu, zhe jiang province of china, is named in accordance with its place of origin, Long Jing (Dragon Well), a village locates at West Lake in Zhe Jiang province.It is China's most famous tea and simply the best of all Long Jing variety. West Lake Long Jing has more than a thousand years of recorded history and was mentioned in the first ever tea book (Cha Ching) by Lu Yu during the Tang Dynasty. It is of high quality and much of it is picked and processed b y hand.
